Mezzcon Ltd are a family run construction company based in Merseyside, with nearly 30 years of experience, that operates all over the UK. It is our aim to deliver excellent construction solutions through our team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals.
From Site Managers, through to Tradesmen on site, our strong team ethos ensures our commitment to absolute quality and the highest standards in service. We are committed to Health & Safety and through our in-house Health & Safety Officer as well as external consultants, we can ensure a safe working environment for our staff as well as customers. We also aim to deliver sustainable solutions in construction and are consistently working towards finding ways of going about our day to day business that have less impact on our environment.

Our Services
Major Works
We undertake projects of all sizes for private, commercial and leisure sectors. Previous contracts have included the construction of a 32-apartment building, hotel refurbishment and numerous other commercial properties. We have a highly skilled and experienced management team that is also responsible for estimating and site management. We are committed to safe working practices and employ external Health & Safety officers as well as our in-house Safety officer.
Commercial Building & Hygienic Environments
Mezzcon Industrial & Commercial Services provide a comprehensive commercial building service from office installation and refurbishment to factory alterations, maintenance and cold storage installations. We also provide total hygienic environment solutions for industry.
New Build
Mezzcon prides itself on the quality of its new home construction as well as catering for each customer’s personal needs. As registered members of a Leading Industry Warranty Scheme, we constantly strive to achieve absolute quality finish with every house we build. Put simply our homes are built to last and we endeavour to implement as many energy efficiency initiatives as possible. We will also provide a comprehensive after sales package. Our clients range from social housing providers through to domestic customers building their own homes.
Extension, Conversion, Refurbishment
Mezzcon has a dedicated team of tradesmen that undertake all of our domestic work. Loft conversions, extensions, refurbishments or general alterations. These types of projects are what Mezzcon’s success has been built upon and with a huge catalogue of previous happy customers to provide references, your project couldn’t be in safer hands! No matter where in the country you are, we provide the service of a local builder by dedicating the same team of tradesmen and managers from start to finish.

Minor Works & Maintenance
Minor Works & Maintenance - Our maintenance team provides Landlords and Housing Associations with around the clock assistance to any maintenance needs. As well as contracts, we provide a service for smaller work projects including domestic and commercial refurbishments and minor works. Once again, the emphasis is on customer service and excellence in the delivery of this.
